Russell Benjamin – General Board, Co-Chair Event Committee

I have been in the fitness industry my whole life from being a personal trainer to corporate sales manager. I believe setting and reaching goals in life will help anyone on any level of life. I have a wonderful wife Marcie and 2 little ones Alie and Ryan whom complete my world. I have been running OCR races for a few years mostly with BoldrDash. When Lynn started FYBold a few years ago, I have been wanting to get involved with something to help the local community. After this year’s Rocky Point race Lynn and I finally decided it was time to have talk about FYBold and the direction it is going and how I can help. Well here I’m on the board making decisions and voting, also I’m on the event committee. I look forward to helping FYBold grow and establish its self as a non-Profit organization that truly helps the community and individuals.
